It is supplied in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module.
