A 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package contains it, and it is available for download. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Using a Through Hole connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -25°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
