A 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. 3.6V volts power it. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~125°C while the machine is operating.
