As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V.
