Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF? contains this Clock PLL. In this case, ECL, PECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 4GHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 3V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL.
