There are two packages that contain it: 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. The supply voltage is 3V volts. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Other Converters. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating.
