A 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5.5V. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~125°C.
