As part of the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, it is included. 5V volts power it. There is a Other Converters family component in this FPGA part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating.
