In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, you will find it. 15V volts power it. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -30°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
