The package that contains this software is called 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR).
