A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tube. It is designed with 8 terminations. For related parts, use its base part number MCP4801. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. Design engineers can fully take advantage of its flexibility when operating at 5V supply voltage. Featuring 8 pins in total, it is a versatile device. It can accept a maximum voltage of 6.5V volts as a supply voltage. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is able to function.
