A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~105°C. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. Total terminations are 8.
