It is supplied in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board.
