A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range 0°C~70°C while the machine is operating.
