In the package 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), this product is provided. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. The FPGA belongs to the SpeedPlus? series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA.
