It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
