As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 2.5GHz 550MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
