A 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is provided with this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range.
