In the 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, you will find it. 16.5V volts power it. Other Converters family FPGA part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. 56 terminations are present in total.
