This package is included in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is available for purchase. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). 48 terminations are present in total.
