This package is included in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and is available for purchase. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5.5V. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~125°C when the device is operating. It is designed to maximiTape & Reel (TR)e space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape & Reel (TR). It is designed with 10 terminations. In order to find related parts, use the part number DAC8562 as a base. In order to make it work, 10 pins have been designed. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. Designers can fully utili3.3Ve its flexibility with 3.3V supply voltage. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. As long as the supply voltage is at least 2.7V, it is able to work properly.
