DAC3161IRGCT Overview


A 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is provided with this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~85°C while the machine is operating.
