A 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. The supply voltage is 5V volts. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of FPGAs. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In total, it has a total of 10 terminations.
