There are two packages that contain it: 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. Other Converters family FPGA part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube.
