A 48-TQFP package contains it, and it is available for download. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Cut Tape (CT). In total, it has 48 terminations on each end.
