This package is included in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is available for purchase. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~105°C.
