SN74HC251DRE4 Overview

This is a relatively small item of digital switch that is included in the SOIC in order to save space on the board.As a result, it is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).There are 16 terminations included in its basic configuration.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V volts.This turn signal switch has a total of 16 component pins.GULL WING is used as the point at which the conductors come to an end as part of this formula.Single is used as its supply type.It is configured with 16 pins.The mount is in Surface Mount.Among the family of HC/UH the logic switch is a member.The turn signal switch has 1 outputs designed for operation.If the supply voltage is 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.A TAPE AND REEL packaging method is used in the switches.Voltage levels are accepted through 8 input lines of multiplexers.A total of 1 transmission channels are available in the turn signal switch's circuit.Signal switch operation at 85°C temperature is acceptable.Ideally, the temperature of the multiplexer should not exceed -40°C.The signal switches is specified to operate at the maximum supply voltage of 6V in compliance with the applicable device specification.According to its specifications, the digital swith requires a minimum supply voltage of 2V.
