As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 450MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
