As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 125MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be 2.25V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
