As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits.
