As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
