In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V.
