As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The SOT-23 package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 6 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This is a TELECOM CIRCUIT telecom clock PLL with hitless switching, holdover and jitter.
