As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 40 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V.
