In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
