The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The Die package includes this clock generator. There are 24 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.2GHz is available. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
