This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. 700kHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
