As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
