Clock generator is packaged in the way of Cut Tape (CT). This clock generator is embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
