In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
