As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 44-MLF? package includes this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 756MHz maximum.
