As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL.
