As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. CMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 1.045GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA. This is a clock generator compatible with CMOS, HCSL, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
