As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
