As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 28 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
