Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
