This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVDS, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 1.7V~1.9V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. CML logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Clock Synchronizer is a classification for the electronic part in question. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
