Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 36 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency.
