In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V.
