It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
